Two separate bills

What you pay Orvius and what your customers pay you never mix.

Your Orvius plan
A flat monthly or yearly price, charged to your card through Stripe, plus tax where it applies. The only other charge is call overage, invoiced once after the month ends.
Your customers' payments
Deposits, invoices and service plans your customers pay by card go through your own Stripe account and settle to your bank. Stripe charges its standard processing, and Orvius takes 1% of each card payment. Cash, checks and bank transfers you record by hand carry no fee.

What's included, and what happens at each limit

Going past an allowance never stops the line. Only the runaway protection ends a call, and that call still shows in your log.

Answered calls
Line 300, Pro 750, Fleet 1,500 a month, reset on the 1st. Your own test calls, hang-ups under 15 seconds and calls you mark spam don't count. Past the allowance every call is still answered and each one is 50¢, invoiced after the month ends. We text you at 80% and at 100%, and Billing shows the running count.
Texts
No separate count and no per-text charge. Booking confirmations, reminders, owner alerts and your replies from the business line are included. Texting customers from your own number needs a one-time carrier registration, which Orvius files for you at no cost.
Ask
Up to 150 AI-worded answers a day per shop. Past that, Ask still answers from your shop's records, just without the AI wording, until the next day.
Runaway protection
If one number calls more than 10 times in an hour, or your line takes more than 1,000 calls in a day, the caller is told the team will call back and the call ends. This stops robodialers and call loops from running up a bill. Calls from your own phone never count as repeats.

Trial, cancellation and refunds

No contract on any plan.

Trial
Card signup starts the paid plan you pick. There is no free trial; instead your first 30 days are money back (see Refunds). A guided Pilot, booked through a call audit, runs 30 days at no charge with no card. When it ends, your line keeps answering for 7 more days while you decide.
Cancel
Billing → Pause or cancel. You cancel on Stripe in a few taps. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for. After that the line stops answering and your number is held for 30 days in case you come back. You can download all your records at any time, including after you cancel.
Pause
A monthly plan can pause for 1, 2 or 3 months in the slow season. The month you paid for runs out first. While paused there is no charge, the line is off, and your number, customers and settings are kept. We text you 3 days before it switches back on by itself.
Refunds
First 30 days on your first plan: if it isn't working for your shop, Billing → Cancel and refund cancels the plan and returns every payment made so far, with no call and no questions. Once per shop. After that, plans aren't refunded for unused time. If we charged you in error, or an outage on our side cost you calls, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
A failed payment
Stripe retries the card. You keep the full workspace for 7 days and the line keeps answering for 21 days, so a lost card never costs you a call on day one.

What it works with

Supported today. If it isn't on this list, we don't claim it.

Trades
Heating & cooling, plumbing and electrical, for residential service and repair. The exact jobs, and what goes to you instead, are listed at orvius.im/trades.
Phone
Keep your number. Forward it from any carrier, desk phone or cell, or answer on the Orvius line we give you. Moving your number to Orvius is optional.
Integrations
Stripe for customer payments. Jobber or Housecall Pro (MAX plan), which receive new requests from your calls. QuickBooks Online for payments you collect. A calendar feed for Google, Apple or Outlook. Text and email alerts to you.

FAQ

Common questions.

  • Both plans answer, qualify and book your calls, and both include the lead inbox, customer records, jobs, and Ask, which answers from your own records. Card pay starts once payouts are connected. Line is for one person running the work, with one technician. Pro adds the dispatch board and up to 15 technicians, so you need it once you're sending a crew.

Getting paid works the same way.

When a job is done, Orvius texts the customer the bill and they pay from their phone. Payments run on your own Stripe account, so the money goes to your bank, never to Orvius.

  1. Booked

A deposit, if you want one

The booking confirmation can carry a deposit link that holds the slot. It stays off until you choose an amount.

  2. Done

The bill goes out by text

Your customer taps the link and pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Turn on pay over time and big jobs can be split with Affirm or Klarna.

  3. Paid

    Money lands in your bank

On Stripe's payout schedule, usually two business days. The job is marked paid only when the money arrives.

Stripe shows your exact rate when you set up. Cash and checks you record yourself carry no fee, and payments never change your plan price.

Built to pay back with one additional job.

Line is $199 a month for 300 answered calls, about 66¢ each. An answered call reaches you booked, or as a text with the caller's details, and is priced per call, not by the minute. If one more booked job a month earns you more than $199 in gross profit, the plan has paid for itself. Your ticket, close rate and margin decide the actual payback.
