3. Notice requirements
Your notice should include:

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act

4. Counter-notice
If material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to hello@orvius.im including the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
5. Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
